GiftHub allows users to create, manage, and share wishlists with friends and family.
You agree to use the GiftHub application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
Nimblewire reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
3. User Accounts
Certain features of the GiftHub application may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Nimblewire is not responsible for any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

5. Content and Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of the content they create within the GiftHub application, including wishlists and saved items.
By using the GiftHub application, you grant Nimblewire a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and limited license to host, display, and share your content solely as necessary to operate and improve the service.
All branding, design, software, and intellectual property associated with the GiftHub application are owned by Nimblewire and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the GiftHub application to:
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
Upload, share, or distribute harmful, abusive, or offensive content.
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
The GiftHub application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nimblewire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the application.
8. Modifications to These Terms
Nimblewire may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the GiftHub application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
